(3) Confirm your delivery information , make sure your billing address matches the shipping address. Then you can proceed to checkout .
(4) You can confirm you payment information and choose your payment method . Enter your redemption code if you have one.
(5) Check the order information before submitting.You need to fill in your credit card information and make sure that the information is authentic and matching .
(6) Then you will receive an email order confirmation .
2.Is it safe to use my credit card ?It is safe to use your credit card.Bc our secure socket layer (SSL ) is the industry standard and the best software for e -commerce transaction.It will encrypt your credit card number and details.
3 . What are your payment terms ?We accept the following credit directly with our account : Visa, Master card etc. For the first time customers , Please make sure to place your order to your billing address , or we will deny your transaction.
We also take orders paid by Western Union and HSBC (a kind of bank transfer). If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please do not hesitate to contact us for more details.
4.Tracking MethodsIt takes about 7-9 working days to arrive at your door, besides, we will process the order within 24 hours. In most cases items are received within 8 days , but we say 10 days in case of delays .
5 . What are your shipping rates?Shipping depends on the amount of orders.

7.Return PolicyIf you are not satisfied with our product, you must contact us within a week . All items sent back to us must be in original condition : not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached.You should pay the shipping fee and we will charge you 20% of your order amount as our restocking fee .
If the parcel reached you , but you do not want to sign about it and the parcel returns to us, we will charge you 20% of the order amount as our fee.If ship the order by sending us a cost as shipping costs , we would choose leaving the parcel not return to us , we will charge you 50% of the order amount because we lose the shipping fee and the item.
8 . My credit card was declined , what now?There are several reasons for a credit card transaction declined. The most common reason is that the address you entered is not the same address on your credit card. In this case , try again with the correct billing address .
Please note that we only accept VISA, MasterCard , JCB. We do not accept gift cards at this time.
